Draft — for BALANCE+ to review before launch
Your name, phone number and email; the food, water, weight, workouts, mood and sleep you log; your goal; your measurements and photos; and the BCA and blood-work reports you share. If you book a consult, our nutritionist also keeps her notes from it, and your diet plan.
You, and the BALANCE+ team who work with you (your nutritionist and our coordinator). If you came through MASIV, your MASIV contact may see where you are in the process (for example, that a payment is due), but never your health details, reports, photos or diet plan.
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. Your photos and reports are kept private and can only be opened by you and the team.
Some tools use AI, and only when you press their button. For example, “Write my week” turns your last seven days of logging into a short note. To do that, your first name and a few numbers from your own log (days logged, water, workouts, weight change, sleep and mood) are sent to an AI service, and nothing else: no phone number, email, reports, photos or notes. The calorie estimate under a meal you type sends only the words you typed for that meal. In Calorie check, the question you type and any photo you choose to add are sent to the AI service to be looked at; the photo is not saved by us. When the team uploads a diet plan PDF to put it in the app, the AI service reads that PDF and it is not stored by the AI tool. AI notes and estimates are not medical advice, and the numbers are rough. The team switches each AI tool on, and we will tell you before we add another.
